[Client/Gameplay] Fountain bugs: stuck inside or can only move to enemy fountain

A good number of times of when the load screen takes longer than average (i.e. because I have youtube in the background) I get either stuck in my fountain (I think mostly top, but can't remember in the bot one also) OR I can ONLY walk into the top fountain if I start at bot. I think it has to do with a but of not being able to exit the fountain before the 10 sec, and when that time is up the client thinks I can only be into the top fountain. If I flash out, the hero immediately walks back in. The only way to stop it from walking into the top fountain is to recall. The only fix is to quit and reconnect and HOPE the loadtime is under the 5 min auto-afk mark.
