After Game screen bug

I've been having some troubles with the score screen with the new patch. This time I played Yasuo and got and S but my score screen didn't even load up and I was not awarded a chest. If I go to my match history it states I got an S and in "Collection" it says I got an S but no chest was granted. Can someone help?
