The time for a new Hextech Chest randomly restarted

This is the issue: Yesterday when I stopped playing I cheked my next Hextech Chest availability counter and it marked that I had to wait 23 hours to my next Chest, in this moment i access to the game and my counter still marks that I need 23 hours for my next chest. I'm really dissapointed because I was waiting a complete month for that last chest and my key drop rate to refresh, but it shows to me that it suddenly and randomly resets, any solution or related problem?
