Now client issues are my fault?

It is not new that this new client is faulty and not totally compatible but NOW the client refuses to get me in a game, first blames my DirectX drivers (all updated) then my network (chcked) and then it just does not allows to connect and I get demoted 1 league because I was 0 LP at a game it was NOT my fault beign AFK?
