Kassadin
Kassadin is getting a shield from his Q even when I (on fizz) use my E to dodge the skill. I don't know if that's intentional or not, but it needs to be changed. Rito please.

How so? Kassadin's shield procs on launching the projectile, not hitting the target.
Also, as Fizz you are in no position to argue about his Shield. Kassadin has a sub-par win rate and kit; Fizz does not.
