So I was playing a game with my friend, IGN (To Talonted) He was playing quinn top and about 30 minutes into the game, he ulted then couldnt change back. He has no idea how he did it. He was able to back and stay in valor form. quinn's passive multi shot bolts was able to still trigger but at melee range. I will include a plays.tv recording of the bug

This is a well known bug, if you fear Valor be for he change into Quinn, then she stays in valor form
