Stuck in After Game Loading Screen

After Each game without fail for the last few months my game has taken 2-3 minutes to load. It will get stuck on the loading screen and after a while will show the "honor a teammate" screen. This issue has been a problem especially when I am playing with friends. It really is annoying when your duo is having to wait after each and every game with me to wait for my client to load. I have tried to alt-f4 right before a game ends but it doesn't help. Please help me Riot!!!
