Selling Champs for Blue Essence. PLEASE "RIOT" READ

So I got a Quinn out of a chest and tried to sell it for blue essence, and when I did I got nothing back. I thought maybe if I play a game it'll appear, it didnt. It just happened that I leveled up from that game so I opened the loot and got a Moakai. My dumbass thought it might work so I sold it for the blue essence, and I got nothing. Again. Please RIOT help. I want my blue essence back, and I need this bug fixed or I can't get the champ I want. Both Quinn and Moakai give a lot of blue essence and i would have my champion by now if I had them...

Same here. I noticed it after I disenchanted a few champion shard. And at the beginning, I thought it was because it haven't displayed yet, so I tried to upgrade other champion shard. It turns out I didn't get anything for those disenchantments.
