Twisted Fate can choose a card during zhonyas

Here is the descripton of Zhonyas: Put yourself in stasis for 2.5 seconds, rendering yourself untargetable and invulnerable for the duration, but also unable to move, attack, cast spells, or use items during this time. 90 second cooldown. Yet i played against a twisted fate who could change his card and lock it while in zhonyas. This shouldnt be allowed.
