Client and masteries issues

What is going on with the client as of lately i get issues with my masteries sometimes not allowing me to set them when i do i leave the screen and come back to the masteries page and my points have not been set. Last night i played a game and my health bar was nonexistent only when i got hit would see it but it would pop up red now my client doesnt want to open and im gonna have to uninstall and update again and as you can guess i really dont want ot have to do that im not mad i can imagine how hard it must be on the team with the new client and all ive been loving the progress by the way guys but these issues are kinda killing me right me please get back to me and if anyone else has had these issues let me know.
