Runes Bug

I was buying runes and when i got to the quints the quint of energy in particular it told me that i had already owned the rune in an error even tho i didnt now i cant buy any runes please get back to me.

Update: I was able to buy 1 energy quint rune but i still cant buy any others also in the rune pages it lists tier 2 runes along with the tier 3 runes even tho i dont have tier 2 selected in the filter list.
