Chroma Pack not working in new rank

Recently bought Nami Koi Chroma pack and facing a problem in the Ranked draft select with the skin. I am not given an option to pick the chroma colors at all, the Koi skin is there. It is working in the normal blind pick queue which is great but I would like to use the Chroma pack in ALL the queue. Thank you and may the message reach into the right screen.
