I'm currently stuck in bronze. Went from B5 to B1, back to B5 and now currently at B4. I'm tired of playing with random players that the que matches me with. I'm looking for a serious group of players who know what they are doing and communicates well. I have both skype and curse that I use to play the game with. I seriously need help crawling out of bronze! Thank you all and may someone decent help me? I can do all roles yet I excel in support or jungle.

You should look into getting some mage champs for mid lane. Assassins are cool but it helps having a diversified roster.
And the fact that you list Gnar is... bad. Gnar is one of the worst champions to play solo queue with because of how weird his kit is. With Gnar being who he is, a ranged marksman/situational tank means he builds very strangely. He hits softly compared to all other marksmen (Quinn and Graves bully him out of lane) and come late game he isn't as tanky as most other top laner's which means someone else on the team has to go tanky in order to bulk up the front line. Without a legitimate tank it makes Gnar stranded on his engages and it makes tower sieging much harder than if you did have a legitimate tank. Gnar is best suited as an auxiliary (backup) role since he excels at neither melee or ranged roles. He can take over tank duties temporarily while your main tank is cycling out of the frayand can supllement your ADCs damage from the back line with his own. Not to mention how many glaring weaknesses are in his design that gives the enemy way too many opportunities to counter play him. I recommend picking up Jayce as he does everything Gnar does but better.
