Ranked Game Crashed

The game stopped working after the countdown to start the game went to zero. I waited in the lobby for two minutes and nothing was loading nor changing. My whole team was stuck there too and we were still able to chat with one another yet the timer had vanished. I decided to restart the client and try to reconnect into the game. It gave me the option to reconnect yet nothing happen after I kept clicking it. Now I'm stuck not being able to join the game nor do anything else except looking at a reconnect button.
