zz'Rot Portal Disabled

Alright whats going on with the zz'Rot Portal. No where does it say the items been disabled. I get into a RANKED game and start building it, when i go to buy the portal it's telling me the item has been disabled. Why wasn't there a notification to let players know of this? You've done it for items in the past why is this different. Once I get the two items that make up zz'Rot theres not much else you can turn them into if you're a tank. I had to sell the items and it set me back in my last rank game. As I'm sure your aware every thing you do in rank is important from the decisions you make to the items you build and if you get set back in a build it hurts you and your team. More so I know there's nothing that can be done about my loss, I'm more upset about the no notification stating the item has been taken out of the game.
