Match Making Bug

Okay, I hope this is a bug and not Riot trying to make people lose games on purpose. In my last game I Q'd for Fill which seem pretty self explanatory, I'll fill and play any role no questions asked and I got support which I am fine with. Our top laner had Q'd jungle and support, so I assume he would want jungle or support, he didn't say anything until after the game had started, not really his fault he got auto filled into top, you would assume if you got auto filled everyone else got the role they wanted. Long story short he didn't know how to play the top lane, the lane he got auto filled into when he had support for one of his roles and I had fill up and for whatever reason I was put into support. Please tell me this is a bug and you guys are going to try and fix this. That was a ranked game and we lost cause of it.

I kinda rambled up there, sorry. What I was trying to say is, the match making system when deciding roles, is clearly bugged. I understand you guys changed it to lower Q time, but it seems to be bugged in that aspect.
