[GAMEPLAY] Renekton Q and E sound bugs

When using the Pool Party Renekton skin, his Q and E make a strange thud sound (like when Rammus hits a Q on somebody) when used on champions.

How to recreate:

1. Choose Renekton with the Pool Party Skin
2. Use Q or E on an enemy Champion Reproduction: 10/10

Items do not effect the bug. I'm not sure if the change was intentional but it has really turned me off of the pool party skin if it was intentional.
