[GAMEPLAY] - Cursor is being buggy

While paying my game my cursor kept turning into either the little square you get when planting an item or the sword that appears when you AA. This is very game breaking because when it does happen I can't ping or look at the map by clicking on the mini map. Its really frustrating and really contributed to a lost game. I'm not really sure how to reproduce it, it just happens randomly and it happened quite frequently in the game over long periods of time.
