[CLIENT] Game keeps crashing

So I started encountering this bug about a month ago and i've recently figured out whats causing it. When ever I finish a game and try opening the hextech crafting tab in the client, it makes my client tab invisible and i can't reach it through alt+tab.

  1. Finish a game
  2. Open Hextech crafting tab

I've tried it intentionally 5 times and all 5 times it worked.

Having the same issue, for about a month as well. My friends and other randoms seem to encounter the same issue. Really frustrating.
