[Client} <Issues with chat>

When my last 2 out of three matches, when in lobby whatever I type doesn't show up and whatever teammates type doesn't show up. First match was a bot match to try a new champ. Didn't work in lobby but chat worked fine in match. Then a played a normal match worked fine. Then I played another normal match and the problem occurred again. Resulting in my having to dodge since a few of the teammates champions could play multiple rolls, making it unclear on which role to pick due to lack of being able to communicate. So now I'm on a 5 minutes penalty for having to do so. Is there a way to fix this or am I the only case?
