Game keeps messing up overall

The game has lagged at least once per match since the patch. That's not even the worst part. Now the client crashed, I closed it and reconnected to the match. I couldn’t buy items or move. So I had to close it again. Then I could buy items but after moving once couldn’t move anymore while my ping and fps were fine. I have completely closed and reconnected multiple times and it still happens. And some how by the time I sort it, I assume I will be the one blamed and get a timeout penalty for “leaving” the match.
