Im having the exact same issue
This happened to me earlier except vice versa. I got dc'd from a game and when I came back to reconnect it said I wasn't in a game even though I was gone for like 10 seconds, I think that there's a bug going on with ritos servers. I've never had this problem before so my safest bet is to just reinstall League if the Full Repair doesn't work.
