Thresh hook not hooking at close range.
At close range, when it is clear that the enemy is in front of thresh in the line of fire I have been experiencing a bug where the hook just moves through their body.

There have been instances where skillshots miss at point blank and go through the target so it's not just Thresh (ex - Amumu Q).
