Rito? Are you there? Matches not counting as wins in ranked...

So I just finished a game playing as and I went 7/1/8 in the jungle with 83 cs at 24 minutes. I am in my series into platinum and before this game had one win and 0 losses under my belt. I was really satisfied with my play, but after the game the info page just got stuck.

It was stuck spinning on "Leagues info processing" for about 15 minutes. I sat there and waited to see if I got an S tier grade so I might get a hextech crafting chest, but it just kept spinning on and on. Eventually I thought league might've crashed, so I closed the client and reopened it to find that not only did I not get a chest, but the match didn't count as a victory towards my series.

The match shows up in my match history correctly, however it still says I only have 1 win in my series. I can deal with not getting the chest for whatever reason (I understand Riot's servers might be having a hard time processing all of this new crafting information) but I would really like my win, I had a really satisfying game and it would suck if it just didn't count, especially when league recognizes that it was a win in my match history.

If i don't get anything here I'll just go to Riot support if the issue doesn't fix itself in a few hours, I was just wondering what might've caused this and if I could get some help. I also wanted to make people aware of this in case a similar thing happens to you.

EDIT: I also just noticed I only received the amount of IP I would normally get for a loss rather than a win... not sure if that's related to the other issues or if it's something separate but just adding this observation.
