Summoner's Rift Classic Music Setting on other maps

This has been a longstanding issue on my end, but for some reason if you have your Summoner's Rift music set to "Classic" then play on Twisted Treeline or Howling Abyss there won't be any music playing on those two maps. Not only that, but you can't change back from classic to the normal music unles you're on SR meaning you'll be stuck without music for the duration.

Is this just me?
