Please fix this Riot (Entire client crashes and emulates lag)

Link attached of what I mean. Two things of note:

1. My ping is fine, and I can see everyone moving around as normal.
2. Hitting leave game doesn't actually leave the game. I have to use task manager to close it. (screen freezes because I am no longer tabbed into game)
