Patching issue (That has been going on for a LONG? time) with the interface update 1/2.

As we stand, there is an ongoing and rather annoying bug within the patching of League of Legends, most commonly it's done at 32%, where the patcher automatically crashes you with an "Unexpected error - Continue " pop-up box to occur at every-SINGLE-instance upon restarting / repairing/ restoring your client. Going through what is listed upon the Riot support section in regards to patching, DOES NOT WORK FOR THIS, I've tried everything on multiple occasions, including a fresh install of league of legends. This issue will reoccur even upon a fresh install.

I must almost always skip past the interface update for League in order to update at my own home, otherwise I must go elsewhere to update. Perhaps its an issue with wireless internet's itself, but on the low-end, it is frustrating to continuously have to bypass the interface update for league of legends.

Most common example for me, involves my patching for today. I logged it, but I patched and patched until I reached the 0.36- 1 mb remaining portion of the patch, and received an "Unexpected error." I close the client, reopen and try again. Same result, as if the client itself refuses to go or budge past that certain point. I've dealt with this since the new patches occasionally since around season 3, and the only work around that I've found is placing an S_OK file to override that patching process, whilst then repairing/ re-downloading at a friends house later.

Can we get this fixed? I would attach the logs from my experience, but it wont save as a .LOG file, nor allow me to post it through the files below?
