[CLIENT] Ranked 5s champ select never loaded (black screen)

so i have a lot of problems whenever i try to play ranked 5s in solo/duo queue today i played an aram with no issues whatsoever then i went to play a solo q for ranked 5s and the champ select sound played when all the people accepted the match but the select never loaded and i was stuck on a black screen that eventually just brought me back to the main client page (with the news, play button, shop button, etc) so far i've only had issues like this for solo/duo ranked 5s and had no issues with other normal game modes or ranked 3s

i'm not sure if i received a dodge penalty because of this because a friend suggested i repair the client to maybe fix the problem so thats what i'm doing now another member of the community suggested it might be packet loss but when i ran a test the packet loss was 0%

if i did receive consequence for "dodging" a ranked game/champ select i'd kindly ask riot to undo that? as i wasn't able to load in properly and play like i had intended EDIT i went from 0lp to -3lp riot plz :/
