[CLIENT] login screen not stretched to fit window

so i have this issue a LOT of the time where the login screen image is "too small" for the client window it happened with the sion patch, harrowing, kalista, and now the rek'sai patch from what i can remember specifically although i know there have been other times as well did something go wrong with a certain file or something when i patched? can i fix this by repairing the client or will i just have to get used to the fact that sometimes my login is a bit small? :/
