[CLIENT] still not patching 5.2

i haven't been able to patch all day i keep getting this message and it gets stuck at either 33% or 99% (if it try and repair it) i've tried deleting the specified filed to force a repatch but i still get the error anyone know what's up?

also, i have an account on EUW and that launcher patched fine i only have the problem with the NA patcher
