Karthus emote bug

I can't hear Karthus's jokes, laughs, or taunts when I use them. I'm not sure if the enemy can still hear them. Jokes, laughs, and taunts work on other champions I play so I know it is not an issue on my side.

Thanks for the report! This is an issue with all of his VO. D: We're aware of the issue and are working on a fix!
