Karthus Glitch

I was told by the Anivia in my match that when I first cast my E, a bright white X appears for about 0.75 seconds and then goes away. Attached is a screenshot of the X. It is allegedly much brighter when you are not dead. I do not see it myself, but the anivia was kind enough to screenshot and send me the picture.
