My Little Devil Teemo skin disappeared in Your Shop

Okay i am writing from my main acc since i think that you have to be level 30 make a post on the boards, so on my euw acc that is level 10, HabsburgAustria I got a little devil teemo offer and today i bought the money because it cost 540 RP, but now that i got back home (note i bought the money using paysafe and i cant return it back), and opened my acc in the place where was the little devil teemo is Spirit Fire Brand, please i beg you to return the skin to my shop on its 60% off and 540 RP price, because i can't return this paysafe money, and I really want that skin, so if a rioter can help me out, i would be extremely grateful
