Teleport Issue

So I'm running for my life rolly pollys into me and taunts me (No No NOOO) I Immediately click mini map to base and click on an inhibitor to home. But wait inhibitor is untargetable because the tower hasn't been taken, okay reset I click the minion wave that's leaving the base as soon as possible after the onset of WTF PANIC. Half a second from teleport procs and I get away safely. Rolly Polly dead. WHYYY RIOTT NOOOO. Anyways nice little story, I would like you to make inhibitor targetable for ally team. Because damn I WAS OUTTTTTTTT.
