[Gameplay] Mordekaiser ultimate buff tooltip doesn't state how much health you are getting

Just got a Vladimir ghost many times and the tool tip kept reading Zero bonus health gained, which doesn't make any sense because he's Vladimir so he had bonus HP and when the ghost disappeared I lost the bonus HP gained from it.

Please fix Rito.
