Disconnecting since patch

So ever since the new patch I have been experiencing disconnection from TFT very frequently at random intervals but it usually is close to about 30-1 apart. These connection problems have nothing to do with my network I've tweaked every setting restarted the router used the hextech fixing tool and still having this happen. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled, tried a different install path on a different hard drive, and also forced re-patch. Also I am not having any trouble with any other online game just this one. Last time this happened was a couple of patches ago and did not stop until the next patch came out. So this leads me to believe it is client side. So I'm just writing this to inform you of this problem and to see if anyone else is experiencing this. This also renders the game basically unplayable, I try to play some games of TFT but its near impossible.
