Given a loss in promos even though I won

So there I was playing pretty well then my power goes out, so I had to wait for my router to come back and then I came back continued to play and we won and I still had a pretty good ending score. But when i looked it had given me a loss this has to be a bug because how could you give someone a loss for winning a game? That just wouldn't make sense now would it? With it being as hard as it is to climb every win counts. Fix this bug please.
