[Gameplay] Flash overrides/creates movement command

I was messing around in Practice Tool with Lee Sin, and found a bug where Flash would override/create movement commands after using it. I stood still in the brush behind the Dragon pit (blue side), flashed into the wall and my champ started moving downwards, even though NO mouse click followed the Flash, no movement command BEFORE or AFTER the Flash. But my champ moved forward a few units. I did it several times in the video, check it out. Another place where it happened (but i wasn't able to record it sadly) is on the top side of the red side jungle, i stood in the bush where the paths split towards Red and Krugs, and Flashed the wall towards Red. The Flash-given movement command led my champ all the way down to the pathway separating the river from the Raptors.

With Kha'Zix i wasn't able to replicate it, but found another instance where i barely Flashed out of the Drake pit towards the aforementioned brush, and the movement command was issued again.

1. Go into the brush behind the Drake pit

2. Flash towards, nearly into the Drake wall

3. Go into the Drake pit

4. Flash out, but barely not into the wall
