Practice Tool: Hexflash disables Flash
I was tinkering with the practice tool and noticed that if I take Flash and Hexflash, and set CDs to auto-reset, then spam Flash, Hexflash still replaces Flash and puts it on its normal cooldown. That means only Hexflash for 3-6 minutes, even if every other CD gets auto-reset. I suspect this has no impact in regular games, but the code might think otherwise, it never hurts to know.
