Nasus Q & W vs. Fiora Parry

It's been an issue for quite a while but for some reason remains unchanged. Coding on nasus Q and W seems to be buggy in interactions with her parry. Often his Q will damage or apply on hit effects through her W. At times I have noticed his W seems to also go through Fiora W but that I am not quite as sure on. Teemo also bears this issue as well. Often I will find myself Parrying teemo's aa's or abilities only to find myself still poisoned. Blind though seems to work properly. As far as I can tell with teemo issue only applies to his poison. I realize this game is archaic, and there are lots of issues like I mentioned above due to ancient coding that is being updated. Is there any estimation on when the coding in this game will be brought up to speed? I know a lot of work had to happen for sylas.
