7.12 lobby issue

Since updating I cannot hover my champ or even see the list of champs at the beginning of the lobby. Once the ban phase starts up I can select my ban, but it's a pain in the ass to not be able to hover my champ before since the new ban system is much quicker, and my champ may be banned. Anyone else having this issue?
