My Nasus Chroma Pack Isn't Showing Up

So I queued up for TB Normals as Dreadknight Nasus (TB because I haven't had a chance to play him on draft because he gets countered so hard.) I selected the green box, the outline of it turned red. I locked in (or whatever it's called for TB) and found a group. The green box was still highlighted when I checked while in the matched team. We found an opposing team, started the game, and guess what! Normal Dreadknight Nasus. I tried again, same process, only I clicked several million times on the green box over the course of game setup. Still no green.

So I'm frustrated. I normally use Infernal Nasus, but my favorite color is green and I really like the Nasus Chroma, so I bought Dreadknight and the Chroma, only to find it not working. I don't know if this is only a TB thing, but that's pretty stupid if it is.
