Spoils of War does not proc on minions with Kalista's mark on them. I believe this is due to the interaction with bound characters doing the extra damage.
I was Braum. To recreate just hit a minion with Kalista's mark on them in killable range.

I'm pretty sure this issue was addressed in 4.21, so if you still see it, please let me know and I will follow up with getting it fixed!

From what I've noticed, whoever does the first auto is the source of Kalistas mark. The person who procs the mark doesn't matter, the source is still whoever auto'd first. From what I've noticed in game, if a melee support auto's the minion first, then Kalista procs the mark to kill the unit, it will trigger targons. That's just what I've notice, I'll test and edit.
