Bug forcing me to close client and losing rank match

Best way i can describe it is a i pressed accept on the que and immediately it brought me to the black screen loading champion select and kept me there, i had game sounds on so i know i would have been first ban if that helps. Lost a promo match because of it, hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else
