Chest Lag!

Dear Staffs,

It has been over a couple months now that I have not been able to earn any chests even though I play with new champs and Get S- or above. At first, I thought It might have just been bad luck but now I have noticed, it even says that I have 4 chests available if I get S- / higher. Therefore, I would love and sincerely appreciate if this issue can be fixed asp.

what honor level are you. if you are level 0 or 1 you cant earn chest and keys

I found the issue, it was due to my recent ban which enabled earning chests. On top of the ban, I went from honour Level almost 5 to 0 Thanks though for trying to help
