It says that the token will be earnable until March 18 but I think there is an issue with them. Overall, we can't earn them anymore for some reason and if possible fix this as soon as possible to make it earnable until the end date, especially since it is March break and players wanna grind them.

March 4th is the last day to earn them if I recall, the 19th is the date you can spend your tokens before the content disappears.
The Lunar Revel 2019 Pass enables extra First Win of the Day missions and tokens per match with an unlimited earn rate. The last day to earn tokens with the pass is March 4, 2019 at 11:59 PM PT.

Looks like Tokens are active til the 18th but the 4th was the last day to purchase event-related items.
