Queue/ Internet Issue!

Dear Staffs,

Earlier I had to leave my game due to connection issues and now I got a temporarily 5m waiting penalty for not accepting the Queue multiple times.. but how am I suppose to accept if it never shows on the screen. Therefore, I don't know if League is having some issues tonight but I would appreciate if this penalty can be fixed.
