Spectate mode isn't working
Whenever I try to spectate a game I always get black screen and LoL client isn't responding. Fix this bs Riot.

I was having the same problem, among others, until I "refreshed" my PC. This may be too extreme a solution for you but at the least I suggest you try your best to uninstall/delete everything related to the LoL program on your comp(including old intstaller etc.) then go to the LoL homepage and reinstall everything.
