(Gameplay)Missing ingame pictures of items,summoner portaits and abilities

Hello,

When I enter the game, most of the following is missing. This is fixed however after I have level a kill as the icons show themselves again. When I use (not buy) a item the icons will show up for them as well. The icon representing members of my team however don't reappear till they have been killed and revived back at fountain. This happens every game for a little over a month.
