Client/Game Startup - Game Wont load, just freezes at this screen.

So i just Repaired my League, because i had the infinite file scan glitch, and now this is happening. Its really annoying because this was a ranked game, and i just wanted to play. When i click it it crashes, and goes to the reconnect screen, when i do that the same thing happens.

Edit: As i posted this the game went into the endgame screen, we lost at 20 minutes, and i lost 20 LP Due to this bug. Please fix this.
